The things I only learned by doing. Building an AI platform is a journey. Along the way, I keep collecting small observations that rarely make it into conceptual articles, documentation, or sprint documentation. Some are surprising. Some are frustrating. Some are simply funny. Most of them only become visible after spending quite some time engineering with AI and building real systems. This is where I write them down.
